Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item is faulty upon arrival
• Item is not as described
• You contact ERF Creations about your refund within 14 days of purchase

I will provide an exchange for the following situations:

• Item is broken beyond use within 1 year of purchase (item will be inspected to determine whether this is a fault which could have been prevented due to better care of the item. This includes stains)
• Wrong Size
